I have been a resident at Bonterra for 2 years now. I love the concrete in between the ceilings, as this makes a noise cancelling ... living experience! The lake access was huge for my family and I. It’s also about a 10 minute drive to Fort Carson, and they work directly with our on Post Housing. All of the staff is friendly, personable, and professional. Great community overall!
